How do I book a ride?
You can book online through our website. Enter your pickup and destination, select your journey options and submit your booking. All journeys must be booked in advance.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking early to secure your preferred pickup time. Book online at least 5 hours before pickup. For airport transfers and early-morning journeys, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
Are your drivers licensed and vetted?
Absolutely. Our drivers are appropriately licensed and DBS-checked in accordance with private hire licensing requirements. Passenger safety, professionalism and reliability are our priorities.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards through our secure online booking system. A 10% deposit is required at booking to confirm your journey. You can pay the remaining balance in the vehicle by cash or card. Corporate accounts can also be invoiced monthly.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, you can request to cancel or amend your booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. Changes are subject to availability. Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy. Changes can be made through your booking confirmation or by contacting us directly.
Do you provide child seats?
No, Kenike Cars does not provide child or booster seats. If your child requires a car seat, you are welcome to bring and use your own. Please allow sufficient time to fit and remove the seat safely at the beginning and end of your journey.
Do you provide airport transfers?
Yes. We provide pre-booked airport transfers to and from major UK airports, including Gatwick, Heathrow and other airports on request. We recommend booking airport journeys as early as possible.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If you provide your flight number when booking, we can monitor your flight arrival time and adjust the pickup accordingly. Please ensure your flight details are accurate when making your booking.
Can I book a return journey?
Yes. You can book both your outward and return journeys in advance through our online booking system.
Can I make additional stops during my journey?
Yes. You can add additional stops when making your booking. Extra stops may incur an additional charge and should be included in advance so your fare can be calculated correctly.
How many passengers and how much luggage can you carry?
Passenger and luggage capacity depend on the vehicle selected. Please enter the correct number of passengers and luggage when booking to ensure a suitable vehicle is available.
Do you accept same-day bookings?
Yes, subject to availability. You must normally book online at least 5 hours before pickup. For earlier journeys, please get in touch with us directly to check availability.
Do you offer long-distance journeys?
